Fudgy gluten free brownies

These are my go-to gluten free brownies — super fudgy, simple, and one of my favorites to make. I’ve made these so many times and they always turn out so good.

Ingredients

    •    Butter

    •    Semi-sweet chocolate chips

    •    Granulated sugar

    •    Eggs

    •    Vanilla extract

    •    Salt

    •    Gluten free 1:1 flour (I use King Arthur)

    •    Unsweetened cocoa powder

    •    Chocolate chips

Instructions

    1    Preheat oven to 350°

    2    Melt the butter with chocolate chips until smooth

    3    Mix in sugar until combined

    4    Add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth

    5    Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt

    6    Fold in additional chocolate chips

    7    Pour into a prepared pan

    8    Bake until just set in the center

    9    Let cool before cutting

Notes

    •    Bake slightly under for extra fudgy brownies

    •    Let them cool completely before cutting

    •    I like to cut mine into larger squares
