I live in denim every chance I get. I just love how versatile it is and how easily it works with everything in my closet.

A good pair of denim and a simple tee will forever be one of my favorite combinations. Add a belt, jewelry, and sunnies and suddenly a really simple outfit feels more styled and complete.

If I had to throw everything away and keep only a few staple pieces, this is exactly what I would keep. A good blue wash denim, a black pair of denim, white trousers or linen pants, and a beige linen pant are essentials to me because they mix and match with almost everything.

I personally love denim from Abercrombie & Fitch, especially for everyday jeans. I also love MOTHER jeans and FRAME denim from Nordstrom and sometimes even Nordstrom Rack when I find a good pair on sale. For linen pants and trousers I always find myself looking at H&M or Aritzia because they have such easy everyday staples.

I would also always keep two different styles of tees. One oversized and boxy for a more relaxed look and one more fitted for layering or dressing up a little. Then of course white, grey, and black tank tops because they truly go with everything.

I also think every closet needs one cute black top that instantly makes you feel good even if the rest of your outfit is really simple.

For shoes, I’m loving a fun comfy sandal lately and I’m especially obsessed with the newer sandal heel styles. They feel feminine while still being easy enough for everyday wear.
